Easy Time™ Synthesis

  1. The electronic personnel attendance clock, which is installed at the personnel entrance-exit area. The attendance clocks provided with the EasyTime™ package are directly connected to the network. The EasyTime™ electronic attendance clocks are equipped with a magnetic, or Proximity, or BarCode card reader.

  2. The EasyTime™ attendance time management software, which is installed in Personnel Manager's PC or in a server.

  3. The ID Badges (magnetic, or proximity, or Bar Code cards), with which all employees are equipped. Using these badges, the employees can be recognized by the system.

Introduction

EasyTime Ethernet-interfaced Time Recorder is simple to install and operate , this Time and Attendance terminal provides all the basic Time Recorder functionality in an attractive and cost-effective package.

Extremely versatile, terminal can be used as either a wall-mount or as a desktop device. An excellent viewing angle is provided in both orientations by rotating the unit 180 degrees.

Cards, Accessories and Printing Services
Card printing services

We provide card encoding and printing services (for Magnetic, Proximity, and BarCode type cards) according to the requirements of the application and of each customer.

We can deliver encoded cards (with printed names, color photos, logos, etc.) in any quantity within 48 hours (maximum) from the time of placing the relevant order.

Card accessories

We provide a full range of accessories for easy hanging and use of the cards.

Indicatively, we quote a few categories:

  • Strap Clips of various types for hanging the cards.
  • Vinyl or safety Badge Holders for placing the cards.
  • Special Lanyards with safety clip in various colors for hanging the cards on the neck.
  • Special Badge Reels for easy hanging and use of the cards.
  • ID Badge Racks for placing the employees' cards.

We also offer printing services for text, trademarks and logos printed on the special card accessories (Lanyards, Badge Reels).
