The Atermon Time Manager includes the following:

a. The electronic time recorder, which is placed at the personnel entry and exit point. The time recorder can be connected to a PC for log transfer.

b. The time management software which is installed in any PC connected with the time recorder.

c. The Id cards (magnetic cards, proximity cards or bar code cards). Each of the employees carries one of these Id cards so that the system can recognize them.

The Time Manager software is available in three versions:

Atermon Time Manager – Standard
(up to 300 employees)

Atermon Time Manager – Professional
(up to 600 employees, 5 users)

Atermon Time Manager - Enterprise
(unlimited number of employees)

The Time Manager Software assumes the following tasks:

1. It receives the logs (entries - exits) from the time recorder’s memory and transfers them to the computer
2. It checks the logs and if an error is found, a list is created, prompting the user for correction
3. With the assistance of many parameters, set by the user, calculates and created a large number of useful reports to the computer screen and printer
4. It has the ability to issue, at the end of each payroll period (or at any given period of time) an ASCII file, for data transfer to any payroll program, or any widely used programs, such as Microsoft Excel
